Assistant Director of Sales / Senior Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales / Senior Sales Manager will lead corporate sales initiatives within a hospitality environment, driving new business acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct day‑to‑day sales activities such as telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, and virtual presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: build rapport, ask open‑ended questions, follow‑up, handle objections, close deals and gather post‑sale feedback.
• Identify and acquire new leads, establish new accounts, and expand the client base.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty.
• Promptly address leads and enquiries, providing suitable solutions.
• Meet monthly sales targets aligned with the overall cluster budget.
• Review account portfolios regularly, analyse performance and present action plans to management.
• Utilise company systems and sales tools, including property management, CRM and loyalty platforms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal SOPs.
• Follow up on overdue client payments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational abilities.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and results‑driven with solid business acumen.
