Assistant Director – Revenue Management

About the role

The Assistant Director (Revenue) will lead a dedicated team responsible for the accounting, operations, and controls of Revenue, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management. You will ensure compliance with financial procedures, drive process transformation and support system enhancements to improve efficiency and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide active leadership for Revenue, Accounts Receivable and Credit Management functions.
• Ensure timely daily billing, receipting and adjustment postings.
• Review monthly reconciliation schedules and AR aging analysis.
• Validate revenue policies and procedures against the Instruction Manual and SB‑FRS.
• Manage and support internal and external auditors on revenue‑related audits and grant packages.
• Advise divisions on revenue policies and processes.
• Lead finance transformation projects and leverage technology to optimise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial or revenue accounting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and self‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath.
