Assistant Engineer – HVAC/ACMV Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to support our HVAC and air‑conditioning projects across Singapore. You will work closely with consultants, main contractors and the project team to ensure technical and site issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants and main contractors.
• Study drawing details and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Manage project costing and ensure works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform the Project Director or Project Manager of any technical or site problems.
• Supervise progress on site, monitor schedule compliance and submit claims for completed work.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ACMV (Air‑Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air‑Conditioning) principles.
