Assistant Engineer – SCADA, PLC & Automation (Training Provided)

About the role

This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the installation, maintenance and servicing of SCADA, PLC and automation systems. Full training will be provided, making it ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to start a career in industrial automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance and servicing of SCADA, PLC, automation, control, security and ELV systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and rectification of technical issues.
• Help with equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Participate in upgrading and enhancement works for existing systems.
• Attend site surveys and coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and update basic engineering documentation, reports and drawings.
• Support project and maintenance teams in daily engineering activities.

Required profile

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Control & Instrumentation or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome.
• Strong interest in SCADA, PLC, automation, electrical, ELV, CCTV, security or system integration.
• Hands‑on engineering, maintenance or site experience is a plus.
