Assistant Hospitality Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Hospitality Manager to join Jigger & Pony Group’s award‑winning portfolio of bars and restaurants across Singapore. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver genuine, heartfelt service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and oversee day‑to‑day outlet operations.
• Maintain a neat, polished venue and uphold internal quality standards.
• Deliver convivial hospitality and act as a role model for service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvements and operational excellence.
• Conduct trainings such as OJTs, orientation, and service standards for team development.
• Handle administrative tasks including rostering, leave administration, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Promote the Group’s core values and culture among team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in casual dining restaurants in Singapore.
• Passion for hospitality, high service standards, and people‑centric mindset.
• Team player with a friendly personality.
