Assistant Housekeeper – Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to support the housekeeping operations at Oasia Hotel Novena. The role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s standards, and handling service requests efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel policies, standards and guidelines.
• Inspect assigned areas regularly to verify cleanliness and proper maintenance of furnishings, facilities and equipment.
• Supervise and allocate housekeeping tasks, including room attendant assignments and extra duties.
• Conduct random checks on service areas to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure trolleys are replenished and parked correctly.
• Promptly execute work orders and service requests.
• Investigate and follow up on guest feedback regarding housekeeping services.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Ability to perform strenuous activities and handle heavy loads.
• Proactive and meticulous attitude.
