Assistant Manager – E‑Commerce Sales & Growth

About the role

The Assistant Manager/Executive, E‑Commerce will own the performance of our online sales across pure‑play, omnichannel and quick‑commerce platforms. You will drive conversion, category expansion and pricing competitiveness while collaborating with supply‑chain, marketing and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead e‑commerce demand forecasting (S&OP) to ensure accurate volume projections and optimal stock levels.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with key platforms (Redmart, Shopee, Amazon, Grabmart, etc.) through annual Joint Business Plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms, discount structures, ad placements and promotional funding with e‑commerce buyers.
• Develop data‑driven growth strategies to increase market share, revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate regional initiatives, synchronising campaigns and mega‑sale events across markets.
• Monitor e‑commerce KPIs and adjust commercial tactics to maximise ROI on visibility investments.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑3 years experience in key‑account management for e‑commerce.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record in structuring win‑win agreements with online retailers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
