Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner

About the role

NTUC Health is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to serve as an HR Business Partner. You will act as the central hub for daily HR operations, linking employees, managers, and specialised HR functions across our eldercare services.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units to support HR initiatives, workforce planning and organisational queries.
• Assist change‑management projects by handling employee communications and basic inquiries.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, L&D, Talent Acquisition and Shared Services to deliver HR programmes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support Compensation & Benefits data collection, reporting and administrative tasks during merit cycles and promotions.
• Review and document SOPs to enhance HR operational efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for general HR queries, routine employee‑relations matters and basic conflict resolution.
• Provide administrative support for performance management, onboarding/off‑boarding and HR system record‑keeping.
• Maintain data accuracy across Business Units and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
• Gather people data and generate routine reports on headcount, attrition and diversity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR business partnering or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and related HR regulations.
