Assistant Manager – Inbound Semester Exchange Programme

About the role

The Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) at NTU is seeking an Assistant Manager to support inbound semester and short‑term exchange programmes. You will work within the Office of Global Education and Mobility (OGEM) to ensure a smooth experience for international students arriving on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inbound programme processes on schedule.
• Process applications for the GEM Trailblazer Programme.
• Communicate with inbound students and partner universities to resolve enquiries.
• Recruit and assist students throughout the exchange journey.
• Collect and verify mobility data for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor financial transactions, assist with budgeting, accruals and reporting.
• Guide colleagues on purchasing procedures and maintain office supplies.
• Handle administrative duties such as procurement, finance tracking, onboarding new staff, and managing the Director’s calendar.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or student‑services roles.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in student services, programme administration, or international education is a plus.
