Assistant Manager, IT Financial Operations (FinOps) & PMO

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our IT Financial Operations (FinOps) and PMO function. You will embed financial discipline across IT projects, drive cost transparency, and champion AI‑enabled automation to redesign financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards for IT spend, budget utilization, forecast vs actual analysis, and project financial tracking using Power BI.
• Automate recurring financial reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across IT cost categories.
• Maintain budgeting templates, financial models and reporting datasets.
• Develop AI‑driven use cases, chatbots and automation workflows to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Research emerging AI and analytics tools relevant to PMO operations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IT financials, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
