Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Technology Partnerships (1+1 Year)

About the role

STB is looking for a creative and detail-oriented person to support its tourism innovation efforts through content creation and communications. The role works closely with the Business Technology Partnerships team to develop and manage content that showcases the work of Tcube (the Tourism Technology Transformation Cube), which brings STB's digital initiatives, resources and thought-leadership content onto a single platform. The position is a 1+1 year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Content creation: write case studies on technology pilots, produce the Tcube newsletter, create LinkedIn content, and support the production of tech videos.
• Tcube branding: maintain the brand identity and the Learn-Test-Scale approach, working with other divisions that manage tech products and systems so they are clearly presented under the Tcube brand.
• Website and tech directory updates: keep the Tcube website and tech directory current and accurate, improving user experience and visibility.
• Events and industry touchpoints: support planning and execution of panels, workshops and showcases, coordinate logistics and materials, and document outcomes and learnings.

Required profile

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, communications or a related field.
• Experience in social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
• Experience supporting event coordination and logistics is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to explain complex technology concepts simply.
• Familiarity with website content management and basic digital content tools.
• An eye for design and experience making branded materials.
• Project management skills to handle several content workstreams and meet deadlines.
