Assistant Manager, Membership (Sales)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Membership (Sales) will drive membership sales and support the migration to a new CRM system. You will lead club tours, conduct sales presentations, and ensure smooth handling of all membership processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential members through associations, corporate partners and other networks.
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to increase sign‑ups.
• Deliver sales talks and guided tours of the club’s facilities.
• Assist with the migration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the new CRM system.
• Manage membership processes such as transfers, resignations, absentee handling and defaulter management.
• Support the Membership Services Manager with day‑to‑day operations, month‑end journals and reporting.
• Help organise and execute club events focused on member engagement.
• Provide professional responses to member and prospect inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in membership or sales marketing, preferably within a club or similar environment.
• Familiarity with full membership lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and tour leading.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT, events and operations teams.
