Assistant Manager – Neuroimaging Facility

About the role

The Cognitive Neuroimaging Centre (CoNiC) at NTU seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of its state‑of‑the‑art neuroimaging facilities. You will support the Assistant Director by handling bookings, logistics, billing and participant recruitment for MRI, MEG, EEG, fNIRS and TMS studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate user bookings for MRI, MEG, fNIRS, TMS and EEG sessions and manage rescheduling.
• Organise training workshops, seminars and stakeholder meetings in collaboration with the Assistant Director.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all scans and provide data for billing processes.
• Track payment schedules and ensure timely collection from users.
• Assist in recruiting human participants for neuroimaging studies.
• Prepare regular consumable lists, obtain quotations and support procurement.
• Support participants in preparing for EEG, fNIRS and MEG studies and help set up equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick learner who can adapt to changing situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
