Assistant Manager, Semester Exchange Programme (Inbound)

About the role

The Student and Academic Services Department (SASD) supports students from admission through to graduation. This position sits within the Office of Global Education and Mobility (OGEM), which develops, manages and implements exchange and immersion programmes for NTU students and incoming students from other universities. The incumbent supports international students in the Semester and Short-Term Inbound Programmes and also handles generic administrative duties for the office.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure inbound programme processes are delivered on schedule.
• Process inbound applications for the GEM Trailblazer Programme.
• Manage communication with inbound students and partner universities to address enquiries.
• Engage students for recruitment and provide assistance and support.
• Collate and verify inbound mobility data for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor financial transactions and assist with budgeting, accruals and reporting.
• Guide colleagues on purchasing procedures and ensure office materials and resources are available.
• Handle administrative duties such as sourcing and procurement, finance and budget tracking, onboarding of new staff and managing the Director's calendar.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in administrative and/or student services roles.
• Prior experience in student services, programme administration or international education is an advantage.
