Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Service Operations

About the role

This role sits at the heart of a tertiary hospital's commitment to service excellence and the 'Incredible Care' ethos. As part of the Service Operations team, you will work closely with stakeholders, join joint initiatives, spot areas for improvement and run change management plans to raise patient experience and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders such as clinic and ward managers, draw on patient feedback and departmental operational data to identify improvements, develop initiatives and design and implement change management plans aligned with the NUH Service Delivery System
• Develop and manage timelines, and work with stakeholders so initiatives fit into daily operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in healthcare or customer service
• Familiarity with project management concepts
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, change management principles
• Ability to work in teams, communicate with many stakeholders and adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
