Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Zone Operations, PHCC

About the role

NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for Zone Operations in western Singapore. The role supports the operations of the Community Care Team in an assigned area, helping residents lead healthier lives and anchoring care in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operations of the Community Care Team in an assigned area, covering transition care programmes and Community Health Posts.
• Engage community partners to collaborate on resident health and coordinate community operations.
• Support operations planning, including ops data analysis, workload monitoring and monitoring of ops KPIs.
• Pilot new programmes and processes, evaluate the use of technology to improve workflows, and assess the success of pilots.
• Contribute to patient experience efforts by managing feedback from all sources, investigating service recovery and identifying service gaps with stakeholders.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in healthcare, operations-related and/or customer service environments is advantageous.
• Good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage complaints and feedback.
