Assistant Manager – Service Sales (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Power Systems is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service sales on a 7‑8 month maternity cover basis. Based in Tukang, Singapore, you will focus on aftermarket service revenue for MTU power generation and critical infrastructure applications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service sales for the Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) application.
• Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop business by sustaining the existing customer base and expanding service revenue opportunities.
• Provide service, customer and market information to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle incoming orders, maximize revenue and ensure timely, compliant quote submission.
• Implement approved sales strategies and proactively market RRS products to end‑users and governmental customers.
• Lead key account management for strategic customers and support distribution‑focused sales initiatives.
• Undertake any additional assignments from the line manager.

Required profile

• Commitment to a 7‑8 month fixed‑term contract (Oct/Nov 2026 – 30 Jun 2027).
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, marine applications or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine or industrial sales/service roles.
• Experience working with governmental agencies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
