Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Entertainment Operations Support

About the role

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Entertainment Operations Support, ensures the well‑being of performers and smooth execution of talent‑related processes. This role bridges performer welfare, talent acquisition, and administrative management within a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate performer support sessions and oversee overall well‑being, including medical and safety incident response.
• Coordinate medical assistance, follow‑ups with hospitals and physiotherapists, and incident documentation.
• Lead local and overseas auditions in partnership with Marketing, handling campaign planning and promotion.
• Manage recruitment alongside Creative Directors and HR Business Partner, ensuring timely hiring of performers.
• Oversee relocation logistics, interim accommodation, and repatriation procedures for contract‑ending talent.
• Maintain and update official documentation such as General Operating Guidelines, accommodation records, contracts, and operational paperwork.
• Prepare accurate and timely operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or WSQ equivalent in Theatre, Theme Park, Television, Events or related field (3‑4 years experience) or 5‑6 years experience without formal diploma.
• Background in Sports Science or related discipline is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, service‑oriented, detail‑oriented and capable of independent as well as collaborative work.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment and able to work shift hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
