Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will support Bacha Coffee’s Marketing and Communications team in delivering luxury lifestyle and F&B retail campaigns. You will help drive sales while preserving the brand’s premium positioning across both local and overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to develop an annual marketing calendar and translate it into actionable local and regional strategies.
• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel campaigns, including search, social media advertising, email and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans that reflect the corporate strategy and brand image.
• Copywrite, edit and proof‑read marketing materials in English.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing, public relations and social media management.
• Experience with programmatic and social advertising, as well as SEO.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, PR, Operations and external agencies.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
