Email Marketing Specialist (DTC)

About the role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead end‑to‑end email campaigns for our direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will shape the strategy, execution and optimisation of promotional, launch and seasonal emails to drive revenue and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and analyse daily promotions, new‑product launches and major events such as Black Friday.
• Design, build and continuously optimise automated flows including welcome series, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, re‑engagement and loyalty programmes.
• Develop data‑driven segmentation strategies using behavioural, demographic and transactional data.
• Set up and run systematic A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times and landing pages.
• Monitor core email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per email) and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in email or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a DTC e‑commerce environment.
• Proficiency with at least one major Email Service Provider (e.g., Klaviyo).
