Marketing Executive – Lifestyle Hospitality & Social Media

About the role

Join Mama Shelter Singapore’s vibrant team as a Marketing Executive focused on lifestyle hospitality and social media. You will shape the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, turning the energy of nightlife, food, and events into measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social media content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Create and coordinate photo and video shoots, producing mobile‑first reels and stories.
• Collaborate with DJs, influencers, media partners and creators to amplify campaigns.
• Plan and execute weekly event promotions, launches, activations and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, food & beverage, and management teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track performance metrics, analyse engagement data and optimise campaigns.
• Drive brand awareness, footfall and bookings through targeted social strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and lifestyle marketing.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Comfortable creating trend‑driven reels, stories and short‑form video content.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good eye for branding, aesthetics and guest experience.
• Positive energy and strong people skills.
