Assistant Marketing Manager – User Growth & Subscriptions

About the role

As the Assistant Marketing Manager for GrabFood Deliveries, you will drive user growth, order frequency and subscription adoption for one of Grab Singapore's largest businesses. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will own campaigns, launches and growth programmes that shape daily consumer engagement with GrabFood.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across OOH, social, digital, experiential and in‑app channels.
• Develop and run marketing programmes that build long‑term customer habits and respond to seasonal or merchant initiatives.
• Drive growth in Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs), order frequency and overall platform engagement.
• Support the subscription programme by creating acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns across brand, CRM and in‑app channels.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution for delivery propositions, affordability features and product‑led growth initiatives.
• Translate product functionality into consumer stories, craft creative briefs and help turn features into everyday behaviours.
