Assistant M&E / Project Engineer (Electrical)

About the role

The company is seeking an Assistant M&E / Project Engineer with a strong background in electrical works to support site‑based projects across Singapore. You will work closely with the project team, clients and consultants to ensure smooth execution and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, supervise subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Communicate project updates, raise issues and contribute to team meetings and reports.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, compliance reports and project documentation.
• Produce and update As‑Built drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in electrical work and site supervision.
• Experience in project management, A&A works and M&E services coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Required skills

• Electrical installation and maintenance.
• Air‑Conditioning, Mechanical & Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
• Fire protection system knowledge.
• Plumbing and sanitary services.
• Installation of M&E services on site.
• As‑Built drawing preparation.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,400 to SGD 4,500.
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
• On‑site role with location near MacPherson MRT.
