About the role
Morning is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Operations Manager to join its Singapore team. You will support daily operational activities, coordinate supply‑chain functions and help drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end order fulfillment, customer support and regional logistics operations.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL and service partners to ensure smooth delivery and inventory flow.
- Assist in supply‑chain management, inventory coordination and budget monitoring.
- Analyse operational data and produce regular performance reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Logistics or E‑commerce.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience in the food, beverage or technology sector is a plus.
