Assistant Project Manager (ACMV)

About the role

DLM Pte Ltd, an M&E engineering company in Singapore, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for ACMV projects. The role supports the initiation, planning and execution of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and the team to meet project objectives and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organize project schedules, allocate resources and manage timelines
• Address client concerns so projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, document management, progress monitoring and reporting
• Support project and cost management, and quality, safety and risk coordination
• Support handover and lead and manage the team

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working in ACMV systems
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of ACMV system installation, including CHWP, VRV and VRF systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with industry standards, project management tools and techniques
