Assistant Project Manager, Facilities Development

About the role

SingHealth is looking for an Assistant Project Manager for its Facilities Development team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will help plan, develop and enhance hospital infrastructure and facilities, working with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of development projects, including feasibility studies, design planning, tender management, project implementation, site coordination and handover.
• Oversee project documentation, site supervision and defect management during the post-completion period.
• Work closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Architectural Studies, Interior Design or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a diploma in such a field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare facilities design and project management is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Required skills

• Competency in AutoCAD.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
