Assistant Project Manager – Landed Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of landed residential construction projects across Singapore, including additions & alterations, reconstruction, and new‑build houses. The role offers a pathway to become a Project Manager, with hands‑on responsibility for site execution and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily site coordination and execution.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor construction progress, workmanship quality and manpower deployment.
• Verify site works against drawings, specifications and approved details.
• Identify site issues early and implement practical solutions.
• Arrange materials, quotations, deliveries and required site resources.
• Prepare progress updates, site records and work schedules.
• Attend meetings, follow up on decisions and outstanding matters.
• Support projects from structural works through architectural finishes to handover.

Required profile

• Experience in building construction, preferably landed residential projects in Singapore.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Practical understanding of construction methods, sequencing and quality control.
• Good communication and coordination skills; organised and proactive.
• Willingness to work primarily on site and travel between projects.
• Diploma or degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Strong Singapore construction experience is highly preferred.
