Assistant Regional Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

As an Assistant Regional Business Development Manager for HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Beverages, you will drive growth across the APAC region by identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships. You will act as the primary liaison for distributors and customers, ensuring high satisfaction while optimizing cost‑effective distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee sales initiatives for markets beyond the current assigned list, aligning with distributors on launch plans, forecasts, and profitability.
• Collaborate with country sales teams to achieve targets for brand mix, market share, and competitive positioning.
• Design pricing strategies and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with overseas customers and distributors, including renewals and terminations.
• Support trade‑marketing activities, BTL campaigns, and promotional events to increase product penetration.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales force insights to refine commercial programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or sales roles within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long‑term partner relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple markets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
