Senior Account Executive – Malaysia & Thailand

About the role

Tricentis is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales in the Malaysia and Thailand markets. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, drive adoption of Tricentis testing and automation solutions, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation and closing.
• Engage C‑level and senior IT leaders to align Tricentis solutions with their strategic business goals.
• Provide accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to ensure account success and outstanding customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to IT personas in Malaysia and/or Thailand.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Experience closing transactions with ACV greater than $100k.
• Coachability, grit, results‑driven mindset, resourcefulness and strong collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Clari and Outreach.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Chat, Co‑Work, Code) to enhance sales processes.
