Assistant Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role
The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports the Relationship Manager and Group Head in delivering private banking services. Acting as a key point of contact, the ARM ensures client inquiries are handled promptly and assists in the preparation of customised solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process client instructions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle client enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues when needed.
- Support RM/GH with calendar management, meeting preparation, business trips and post‑meeting follow‑up.
- Prepare presentations, investment proposals and marketing materials.
- Collect and exchange relevant information, ensuring compliance and timely communication.
- Assist in project implementation and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently.
