Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations of our service department across Singapore. You will ensure high service quality, maintain a clean environment, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations in the service department to maintain and improve service quality and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent service, take customer orders, deliver food and beverages, and make menu recommendations.
• Ensure the service team complies with company guidelines and safety procedures.
• Enforce restaurant quality, service, and value standards while keeping the venue tidy.
• Manage weekly inventory checks for the front‑of‑house and prepare order lists for procurement.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure training standards are met.
• Lead supervisors and the training team to conduct service training.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and procedures.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a service team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and resolving issues.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills for inventory management.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong team player.
