Assistant Restaurant Manager – Up to SGD 3,500/month

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations across our island‑wide locations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, stepping in to lead the team and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage daily restaurant operations and take full ownership in the manager’s absence.
• Oversee front‑ and back‑of‑house duties, rotating through hosting, serving, and cashiering roles.
• Maintain high service standards, respond to customer and crew feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels, track daily sales, labour costs and conduct food audits.
• Handle workforce scheduling, payroll, recruitment, and staff attendance records.
• Deliver training, motivate crew members and uphold performance excellence.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Hospitality.
• 5–8 years of experience co‑managing a fast‑food restaurant.
• Experience with quality‑control systems and staff training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
