Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Desigual is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join its Singapore store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure product quality, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a vibrant, colorful brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and optimizing turnover.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling refunds, layaways, and alterations.
• Assist in team recruitment, training, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels, prevent loss, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Supervise POS activities, manage cash handling, and resolve till incidents.
• Track and analyse KPI’s, communicate results to the team, and develop action plans to meet goals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a comparable retail environment.
• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• Advanced English proficiency and fluent Spanish (required for stores outside Spain).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
