Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing recruitment agency. In this role you will build relationships with new and existing clients, understand their hiring needs and help them solve manpower challenges through our staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, canvassing, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present recruitment proposals.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or B2B services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
