Assistant Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse Executive to support efficient inventory management and warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate stock control, smooth coordination of inventory movements, and effective support for procurement and reporting, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate inventory activities across the company in collaboration with the inventory team.
• Review and evaluate Requisition Forms to ensure purchases are justified and align with inventory projections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Task‑hub system for all stock movements (issue, return, recovery).
• Assist in creating and maintaining inventory and service item codes for warehouse and company use.
• Liaise with the warehouse team on inbound and outbound shipments and monitor inventory transfers between locations.
• Analyze consumption trends, generate usage reports, and recommend bulk purchasing strategies.
• Monitor slow‑moving and obsolete items, prepare aging reports, and follow up on write‑offs or disposal.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and provide administrative support as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
