Associate Director - BFSI Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber strategic sales leader to manage and expand a key global banking relationship from Singapore. The role focuses on executive engagement, strategic account growth, and large‑scale transformation initiatives across network, cloud, security, digital infrastructure and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic engagement with global banking clients.
• Build trusted executive relationships across technology, operations, sourcing and business leadership.
• Drive transformational opportunities in network transformation, cloud connectivity, security, managed services, digital infrastructure, colocation and hybrid cloud.
• Lead complex multi‑country pursuits and commercial negotiations.
• Develop account strategy, growth plans, pipeline governance and executive engagement cadence.
• Collaborate with delivery, solution, product, commercial and partner ecosystems.
• Ensure strong governance of forecasting, deal progression and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise/BFSI sales experience.
• 5‑6 years of recent experience directly working with banking clients.
• Strong exposure to global banking customers in APAC.
• Proven track record managing large strategic accounts with multi‑million‑dollar TCV.
• Background in telecom, managed services, OEM, cloud or digital infrastructure environments.
