Associate Engineer – System Acceptance (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to support system configuration, testing, and acceptance of SMT equipment. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to ensure that machines meet customer specifications and are delivered with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and perform system acceptance testing for SMT products, modules, and options.
• Execute machine setup, verification, and testing according to defined procedures.
• Support customer pre‑acceptance activities and in‑house buy‑off processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with product specialists.
• Escalate quality concerns, material shortages, or technical problems to appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in machinery manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a quality‑focused mindset.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.
