Associate Project Engineer (Electrical)

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring an Associate Project Engineer (Electrical) in Singapore to support ETO project execution, engineering activities and product lifecycle management for AMAT and other strategic business programs. The role reviews customer specifications and drawings, coordinates engineering changes, supports prototype development, maintains Bills of Materials and ensures products move smoothly into manufacturing. It reports to the Global Business Manager and follows a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering deliverables and project execution to meet customer and business requirements
• Drive engineering change management, product transfers and manufacturing readiness
• Review customer specifications, drawings and technical requirements for compliance and manufacturability
• Maintain Bills of Materials, drawings, engineering documentation and product records
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sales teams
• Support prototype builds, validation and engineering improvements
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks and action items
• Support manufacturing issue resolution, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Provide post-sales engineering support and sustain engineering activities
• Support alternate sourcing, localization and cost reduction initiatives
• Act as the internal focal point for project status and technical coordination

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• At least 0-3 years of experience in electrical power and control system design
• Familiarity with engineering-to-order business, UL standards and NEC
• Project management experience recommended
• Preferred: experience working with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams, and supporting project deliverables and continuous improvement
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
