Associate Relationship Manager (Greater China)

About the role

Julius Baer is recruiting for its 36-month Associate Relationship Manager programme in Greater China, aimed at people who want to become trusted advisors to high-net-worth individuals in private banking. The programme is supported by senior leadership and includes comprehensive training, mentorship and regular performance feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a client base through proactive outreach and teamwork.
• Deliver investment advice and responsive service tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop client relationships through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives, and share best practices within the Associate Relationship Manager community.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, investment consulting or a supporting role in a private banking frontline team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, with additional languages depending on the market.
• Relevant regulatory licences from MAS; Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, good listening and adaptability, and a resilient, motivated mindset.
