Associate Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Razer is looking for an Associate Sourcing Specialist to support its global supply chain operations. You will work closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams to ensure accurate product data, vendor information, and procurement documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain Costed Bills of Materials (CBOM) in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers to verify and validate BOM information.
• Maintain vendor master data, contract pricing, and related procurement details in SAP.
• Manage tooling, jig, and fixture records with proper documentation.
• Organise and file Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) for compliance tracking.
• Upload monthly forecast data from GDF and weekly purchase price reports.
• Monitor product certification requirements and follow up with manufacturers for timely compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• Prior experience in supply chain operations, procurement support, materials management or data administration, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Capability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM/CBOM) and vendor management processes.
