Audio-Visual Aid (AVA) Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Audio-Visual Aid (AVA) Executive to join our school team on a contract basis. The role blends front-desk administration with multimedia support, ensuring smooth daily operations and engaging visual content for school events and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception, answer phone calls, handle emails, walk-in enquiries and mail distribution.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for school activities.
• Support student welfare, including accompanying students to medical appointments when needed.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and assist with Financial Assistance Scheme processing.
• Capture, edit and upload photos and videos of school events; maintain and archive multimedia assets.
• Assist in creating promotional materials, support school branding and manage social-media updates.
• Consolidate RAMS reports and provide assistance during competitions, celebrations and post-examination activities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the school.

Required profile

• GCE “A” Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Good command of English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Photography and videography.
• Multimedia editing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
