B2B Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

About the role

OOm, a leading Singapore digital‑marketing agency, is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive new‑business acquisition. You will hunt for prospects, build pipelines and close deals that generate revenue for our digital‑marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑up and progression.
• Present tailored digital‑marketing proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Enjoys hunting and prospecting for new business.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Thrives in a performance‑driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
• Strong B2B sales drive; prior digital‑marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
