Banking & Finance Delivery Consultant

About the role

Tangspac Search, a specialist recruitment firm headquartered in Singapore, is looking for a Banking & Finance Delivery Consultant to join its recruitment team. The role covers candidate delivery, sourcing, screening, market mapping and end-to-end recruitment mandates for banking and financial services clients, working closely with senior consultants and account owners on permanent, contract and staff augmentation assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates for banking and financial services roles across front, middle and back office functions.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline in areas such as risk, compliance, AML/KYC, audit, finance, operations, client services, documentation, product control, trade finance, wealth management, asset management and securities services.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess experience, motivation, availability and compensation expectations.
• Prepare shortlists, profiles and submission notes for consultants and clients, and brief candidates on role requirements and interview processes.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage follow-ups and support offers through to placement and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records, search activity, pipeline updates and market intelligence in the recruitment database.
• Carry out market mapping and talent research, and develop long-term candidate relationships.

Required profile

• CEI certified.
• Prior recruitment, talent acquisition, research, resourcing, banking operations or client-facing delivery experience preferred.
• Strong interest in banking and financial services recruitment and curiosity about market terminology and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Resilient, proactive and able to handle multiple assignments and pipelines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, database searches and direct approaches.
• Ability to speak confidently with banking and finance professionals.
