About the role

We are seeking dynamic Banking Sales Personnel to join our islandwide team in Singapore. The role offers a solid base salary, generous allowances, and uncapped incentives, with the potential to earn an annual income of SGD 60,000 to 100,000.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the bank's existing customer base through in‑branch and outbound sales appointments.
• Identify client needs through thorough analysis and recommend suitable banking products.
• Upsell and cross‑sell financial solutions to maximise revenue.
• Prepare and follow up on all documentation required for product submissions.
