Barista

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our coffee team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to standard operating procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold service standards.
• Conduct service training for fellow staff members.
• Manage stock, order supplies and store products, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Handle cashier duties and take customer orders accurately.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any servicing or repair needs.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Service‑driven, outgoing and friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee sector.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with good interpersonal skills.
