About the role

As a Beauty Advisor for Chanel’s Travel Retail boutique, you will use your passion for fragrance, makeup and skincare to guide clients toward their ideal beauty routine. You will be the front‑face of the brand, creating memorable, personalized experiences that reflect Chanel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide honest, trustworthy beauty advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with regular and new customers.
• Co‑create personalized beauty stories and moments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of Chanel’s fragrance, makeup and skincare ranges.
