Beauty Sales Advisor

About the role

A fast-growing distributor of cosmetics, fragrances, accessories and leather goods, which represents global brands and is a leader in South-East Asia, is looking to strengthen its sales teams with Beauty Sales Advisors in Singapore. The role is to counsel and guide clients in the company's corners and boutiques, acting as brand ambassador, client counsellor and sales advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers with a cordial and smiling attitude and a willingness to serve.
• Create the conditions in store for the best client experience.
• Develop excellent product knowledge so as to answer questions and guide customers across the brands.
• Manage large numbers of clients while still offering excellent service to each of them.
• Work hard to achieve sales targets, individually and as a team.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate a collaborative attitude and team spirit.

Required profile

• Previous successful experience as a sales advisor in cosmetics, fragrance or leather goods retail is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills.
• Always puts the client first; proactive, positive and vibrant personality.
• Professional presentation.
• Team player, energetic and resourceful, able to work under pressure.
• Takes responsibility and ownership.
• Passion for the brands and for cosmetics.
