Behavioral Health Coach (Counsellor) - Singapore

About the role

Intellect is looking for practitioners to join its telehealth platform, supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 30-minute video sessions. It partners with ICF Coaches, Clinical Psychologists and counsellors to expand mental health access. This is a freelance remote role with flexible business hours, open to local candidates and others, and suitable as a side income alongside a current job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination and work-life balance
• Help clients set up personal or career goals and relationships
• Work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Required profile

• Master's or postgraduate diploma in Counselling
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours after graduation
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles is prioritised

• Coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT and SFBT
