Bellhop – Airport Meet & Greet

About the role

As a Bellhop for the Airport Meet & Greet service at Marina Bay Sands, you will assist guests with luggage handling and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Support AMG Greeters during guest arrivals and departures, meeting them at designated terminals.
• Prepare and manage luggage trolleys and assist guests with luggage between terminals, vehicles, and check‑in areas.
• Load and unload luggage safely using proper lifting techniques and remain with guests until service completion.
• Handle guest requests professionally, escalating when necessary, and maintain clear communication with the operations team.
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health regulations, report hazards, and follow emergency procedures.
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive lifting for extended periods in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least one year of guest services or hospitality experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
