Bending Machine Operator

About the role

As a Bender at NTS Singapore you will operate and set up bending machines to produce high‑quality components based on technical drawings and production requirements. You will ensure safe, clean and efficient operations while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and verbal instructions.
• Set up and operate bending machines using appropriate tools, dies and materials.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality and compliance.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good housekeeping practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support training and mentoring of junior operators.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts.
